1. Delivery Policy
AZ Solid Rocks is a strictly online, delivery-only rock supply service. We deliver directly from the quarry to your property to save time and reduce cost. We do not operate a physical retail location.
Minimum order: 5 tons
Delivery windows: 1–3 business days from the date of order
You are not required to be present at the time of delivery. By ordering, you authorize AZ Solid Rocks and our third-party delivery partners to access the delivery location.
We are not responsible for:
Any damages that occur beyond the curb or within your property line
Gate codes or blocked access that prevent delivery. Redelivery fees may apply.
2. Material Disclaimer
All products sold by AZ Solid Rocks are natural materials that vary by quarry and batch. We do not guarantee exact:
Color, size, or shape of rock
Quantity or appearance of fines (loose particles)
Typical fines content:
Sized rock: up to 30%
Screened rock: up to 50%
Minus material: up to 80%
3. Sales & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once material has been delivered to your property, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Variations in material color or texture
Dissatisfaction with the appearance
Delivery without the customer present
We strongly recommend reviewing photos and descriptions of materials before ordering.
4. Fuel Surcharges & Zones
Fuel charges may apply depending on your delivery zone. These fees are calculated based on tonnage, zone, and mileage. You will be notified of delivery costs during the checkout process.
5. Use of Contractors
AZ Solid Rocks is a delivery-only service. We do not spread, install, or place material. However, we can recommend licensed and bonded contractors upon request.
6. Customer Agreement
By placing an order with AZ Solid Rocks, you acknowledge and accept these terms, and authorize us to deliver materials to the address you provide, regardless of your presence at the time of delivery. I understand that AZ Solid Rocks is not liable for any damages beyond the curb or within the property line. All sales are final with no refunds or returns. Natural materials may contain fines and will vary in shape, color, and size. I authorize delivery to my address even if I am not present.
